Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining both frontend and backend components of web applications. You will work across the stack to develop scalable features, integrate APIs, and ensure smooth application performance. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
● Build and maintain frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
● Work with MongoDB for data modeling and queries.
● Implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
● Manage Docker-based deployments and support CI/CD pipelines.
● Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both frontend and backend systems.
Requirements
● 1–2 years of proven experience in full stack development.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and basic frontend technologies.
● Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
● Understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture.
● Basic experience with Docker and deployment workflows.
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
● Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
